The 3T Program is a Youth-Led, non-profit leadership organization that is dedicated to developing student's interpersonal and networking skills in order to cultivate the next generation of community leaders.
For a quarter century, we have been providing Scarborough youth with the necessary tools and environment where they can constantly refine their leadership skills to allow them to have a clear vision of their future.
Covid-19 has widened the gap between people, communities and nations, and there is an even greater need for assistance for all of us. So we are working harder than ever to assist children & youth in these challenging times.
The 3T Leadership Programs will help you develop your leadership potential and provide you with opportunities to learn, grow and make contacts. We will help you build valuable leadership, teamwork and social skills in a welcoming environment where you can make friends, and build your confidence and skills for the future.
We train tomorrow’s leaders today.
3T provides engaging and empowering programming for children & youth ages 8 to 17 including recreation, social leisure, and skill development opportunities. Based on the principals of Positive Youth Development and 25 Years’ Experience, our programs aim to encourage youth to develop a lifelong interest and active participation in recreation activities.
3T’s Green Initiatives program is a hands-on grassroots way to view and learn about sustainability and protecting the environment. We teach young people how to improve the health and lifestyle of their own community. “Thinking Green” is an introduction to policies and actions that make sense, and when added together will make a big difference for future generations.

3T has been dedicated to helping kids explore their love of learning in the practical pursuits of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. The inclusion of arts makes this approach different from, and even more integrated than learning in traditional STEM programs. Participants learn while they invent, digitally fabricate, and build things through hands-on experiences with current and new technologies. Lego, Water Colors, 3D printing, electronics, Woodcraft, and coding, are just some of the activities kids get to explore in this extraordinary environment!
